Fenugreek Multigrain Mix (Menthya Hittu)

  • 1. Fenugreek Multigrain Porridge (Serves 1)

    • Heat 1 tbsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, 1 pinch KOKO Fresh Hing, curry leaves, and 1 dried red chilli.

    • Add 1½ tbsp KOKO Fresh Fenugreek Multigrain Mix, stir well.

    • Add water to adjust consistency, then add salt to taste.

    • Boil for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

    2. Fenugreek Multigrain Rice (Serves 1)

    • Take cooked rice, add 1 tsp KOKO Fresh Fenugreek Multigrain Mix, ghee, and salt to taste.

    • Mix well and serve warm.

    3. Fenugreek Murmura Snack (Serves 1–2)

    • Rinse murmura (puffed rice) and set aside.

    • For tadka: heat 1 tbsp oil, add jeera, curry leaves, 2 tbsp groundnuts, 2 KOKO Fresh Buttermilk Infused Chillies, 1 pinch KOKO Fresh Hing, and 2 tsp KOKO Fresh Fenugreek Multigrain Mix.

    • Add murmura and salt to taste, mix well.

    • Serve hot with extra KOKO Fresh Buttermilk Infused Chillies on the side.
