  • 1. Flaxseed Chutney Powder Banana Fry

    • Cut raw banana into thin round slices.

    • In a bowl, mix:

      • 1 spoon KOKO Fresh Flaxseed Chutney Powder

      • 1 spoon besan

      • 1 tbsp oil

      • Chilli powder and salt to taste

    • Toss the banana pieces in the mixture until well coated.

    • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.

    • Place the coated banana slices in the pan.

    • Roast on both sides until golden and crisp.

    • Serve hot as a side dish with rasam rice or dal rice.

    2. Flaxseed Chutney Powder Rice

    • Cook rice and mix with ghee, salt to taste, and 2 spoons KOKO Fresh Flaxseed Chutney Powder.

    • For tadka: Heat 1 tsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, 1 tsp channa dal, ½ tbsp urad dal, 2 red chillies, and curry leaves.

    • Pour tadka over the rice, mix well.

    • Serve hot with chopped onions and KOKO Fresh Buttermilk Infused Chillies.
