    • Pressure cook ½ cup toor dal with 2 cups water and 200g mixed vegetables.
    • Grind 2 tbsp coconut with 2 tsp KOKO Fresh Sambar Powder into a smooth paste.
    • In oil, splutter mustard seeds, KOKO Fresh Hing, and curry leaves.
    • Sauté the ground paste for 2 minutes.
    • Add the cooked dal, vegetables, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, and salt.
    • Boil for 8 minutes.
