Mysore Sambar Powder
- Pressure cook ½ cup toor dal with 2 cups water and 200g mixed vegetables.
- Grind 2 tbsp coconut with 2 tsp KOKO Fresh Sambar Powder into a smooth paste.
- In oil, splutter mustard seeds, KOKO Fresh Hing, and curry leaves.
- Sauté the ground paste for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked dal, vegetables, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, and salt.
- Boil for 8 minutes.
