  •               1. Groundnut Chutney Powder Rice (Serves 1–2)

    • Cook rice and add ghee, salt to taste, and 2 spoons of KOKO Fresh Groundnut Chutney Powder. Mix well.

    • Optional Tadka: Heat 1 tsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, ½ tbsp channa dal, ½ tbsp urad dal, 2 red chillies, and curry leaves.

    • Add the tadka to rice, mix thoroughly, and serve hot.

      2. Brinjal Masala with Groundnut Powder

    • Heat 2 tbsp oil; add mustard seeds, curry leaves, KOKO Fresh Hing, and chopped onions. Sauté until golden.

    • Add brinjal pieces and fry for 7 minutes.

      3. Chapati Roll with Groundnut Chutney Powder

    • Take a hot chapati, spread 1 tsp ghee, and sprinkle KOKO Fresh Groundnut Chutney Powder generously.

    • Roll it up and serve—a healthy, tasty, kid-friendly snack!

      4. Ridge Gourd Stir-Fry (Heerekai Palya)

    • Heat 2 tbsp oil; add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and KOKO Fresh Hing.

    • Add cut ridge gourd pieces and fry well.

    • Stir in KOKO Fresh Groundnut Chutney Powder, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, and salt to taste.

    • Fry until oil releases. Serve hot with rice or chapati.

    • Mix in 2 tbsp KOKO Fresh Groundnut Chutney Powder, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, and salt.

    • Fry until the oil separates. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
