Menthya hittu is a traditional Karnataka household blend built around fenugreek, roasted lentils, and grains. It is not meant to be spicy or overpowering. Instead, the flavour is earthy, mildly bitter, and gently warm.

Our Karnataka Menthya Hittu follows this traditional balance. Fenugreek forms the identity of the mix, supported by roasted lentils for body, coriander and cumin for balance, and pepper for slow warmth. Wheat and rice add natural nourishment and structure.

The result is a practical, everyday blend that mixes smoothly with rice, dough, or simple meals while adding depth and wholesomeness.
